We collect only what we need to run your assistant: the messages your customers send, the contact details you provide, and the rules you set. We don't sell your data.

• Conversations are processed to answer, draft, route and file replies on your behalf.
• Phone numbers entered for a demo are used to start the WhatsApp conversation and contact you about pcx.ai.
• You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time.
• Handled under the Australian Privacy Act, with disclosure for US customers.

Terms

By using pcx.ai you agree that the assistant operates under the rules you configure, and that a human remains responsible for decisions it escalates.

• The assistant follows the rules and guardrails you set; it does not invent prices, advice or commitments.
• Service availability, onboarding and pricing are agreed per business — contact us for a quote.
• The demo is provided as-is to illustrate the experience.
